THE JOB
On the Friday before the event we will provide you with a Legal List on which will be list of
all the Establishments in your city that have
legally purchased the event.
We ask you to visit as many bars, restaurants, or clubs as you can during those 3 to 4
hours. We do not tell you where to go. That is up to you.  We do ask that you average at
least 5 stops per hour during the hours of the telecast.  If you should find an
establishment showing the monitored telecast and they are not on the legal list, then you
have just made a “hit”.  You will then submit an affidavit and get the fee that is paid for
each affidavit submitted.

THE PAY
We will pay a substantial fee for each pirate location Identified,  You will need to submit an
affidavit for each hit.

THE EDGE
Is it possible to identify potential pirates ahead of time?  Yes!  The goal of this assignment
is to identify as many commercial pirates as possible during the 3-4 hour window you
have while the telecast is being broadcast.  Ideally, on Friday or Saturday (before leaving
the house), schedule an hour or so to make a round of very simple phone calls.  The calls
usually last about ten seconds and go something like this,  “Hi, this is ______, are you
showing the fight tonight (or tomorrow night)?”  That’s it.
Don’t get discouraged while making your telephone calls.  Most bars or restaurants may
not be showing the fight and most commercial establishments that are illegally going to
pirate the satellite feed will probably tell you “no” when you contact them.  But, it has been
our experience that some bars will give up this information over the telephone.  If they do,
it’s an easy “hit".

THE TWO MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1        What about cover charges?

You will be reimbursed for any cover charges or expenses paid at a location Identified by
you as being a “pirate”

2        How soon before I get paid?

It will take approximately 4 to 5  weeks for you to receive your check. 2 weeks for all
auditors throughout the Nation to submit paperwork to Auditmasters. 1 week for
Auditmasters to review (send back to the Auditor for corrections where necessary), prep
and submit paperwork to the attorneys. 1 to 2 weeks for the HBO/Showtime attorneys to
accept paperwork and release Funds.
